Information about the alert category, alert type, and the CommCell user who created the alert can be viewed for all configured alerts. Detailed information about the alerts can be viewed from the Alert Summary pane.
If you are a Commvault Edge App user, you can also view notifications for Edge Drive shares on your smart devices.
Before You Begin
You must have the appropriate permissions to view an alert. For information on permissions, see Permissions and Permitted Actions by Feature: Alerts.
Procedure
To view the alert details, tap on the alert from the Alerts list located on the home screen. Information about the alert category, alert type, and the CommCell user are displayed.
You can view the pending notifications from the last 24 hours or the latest 50 notifications. You can also view recent notifications directly on the notification tray on your smart device.
