You can view the Health Report on the Web Console in a CommCell environment with a Private Metrics Reporting Server. When you view the Health Report this way, the report is available only at the CommCell level.
Before You Begin

In the Private Metrics Reporting settings, verify that data collection for the Health check is enabled. For instructions, see Activating Private Metrics Reporting on the Command Center.

To view Metrics Reports, your CommCell user account requires: a role with the Report Management permission and an association with a CommCell Group or CommCell pseudoclient.
Procedure

Log on to the Web Console.

Click Reports.
The Reports page appears.

From the navigation pane, click CommCells, and then click a CommServe server.

From the navigation pane, click Reports.
The Reports page appears.

Click Health.

Configure the Health Report view:

To view information for only one severity type, from the severity filters, click Critical, Warning, Good, or Information.

To organize the tiles by category, at the top of the page, click View By > Category.

To organize the tiles by severity, at the top of the page, click View By > Severity.
