Accessing the Command Center

You can access the Command Center by using the URL that your administrator provides.

CommCell administrators and Tenant administrators can also access the Command Center from the My Applications page on their Web Console.


  1. Go to the Command Center URL that your administrator provided.

    The URL has the following format: http://webhost/adminconsole.

  2. Type your user name, and then click Continue.

  3. If you are registered to use Command Centers in multiple CommCell environments, select the name of the CommCell environment that you want to access.

  4. Type your password.

  5. Optional: To remain logged on, select the Stay Logged In check box.

    If you do not select the Stay Logged In check box, you are automatically logged out after 30 minutes.

  6. Click Login.


The first time you log on, the software prompts you to configure core information by completing the Core Setup Wizard.

If you want to switch between solutions, from the navigation pane, click Solutions, and then select the solution that you want to use.
