Configuration of the Inline Replication Feature for the Pure Storage FlashArray Storage Array

To configure the Pure Storage FlashArrayInline Replication feature, do these steps:

Procedure

1. On the Pure Storage FlashArray console, connect the local array and the target array.

   For instructions on how to connect the local and the target arrays for replication, go to the Pure1 Community website, and search for FlashRecover Replication Configuration.

2. Add the local storage array. See Setting Up the Pure Storage FlashArray Array.

3. Add the remote storage array. See Setting Up the Pure Storage FlashArray Array.

4. Associate the source array with an array access node. See Configuring Array Access Nodes for a Storage Array.

   Note

   The array access node must be able to communicate with the source and replication target arrays using REST API.

5. Create a backup plan and a snapshot copy on that backup plan.

6. Create the replica copy and add mappings to the subclients.
