You can monitor service CommCells from the Global Command Center using the centralized database to verify data caching and to gain insights into potential issues with service CommCells.
Note
Only Global Command Center administrators can access the centralized database.
Go to the Centralized Database

From the Global Command Center navigation pane, go to Service CommCells.
The Service CommCells page appears.

Click the More button, and then select Global MongoDB.
The Global MongoDB page appears.
View Service CommCell Information
The centralized database provides the following information:

Service CommCell: The registered commCell name.

Status: The status of the service CommCell. After enabling the data aggregation from the Global Command Center, service CommCell data is initialized and a dump is created in the centralized database. When the data is moved successfully, the status is updated to initialized. To view the recent timestamp of the data movement, mouse hover over the status.

State: The state of service CommCell data after initialization.

Heartbeat: The periodic signal that indicates if the service CommCell is alive and functioning properly.
