Deleting Retention Tags

If you delete retention tags from the Exchange server, you must delete the same retention tags from the CommServe database.

Procedure

1. Log on to the computer where the agent is located. Use the appropriate service account credentials.

2. Navigate to the software_installation_path\Base folder.

3. To open the Exchange Retention Tag Import Utility, double-click Cvrtagcreator.exe.

   The collection list appears.

4. In the column to the left of the Name column, select the check box for each retention tag that you want delete, and then click Delete from CommServe DB.
