Deleting a Storage Policy That Has an Incremental Storage Policy Enabled

You can delete a storage policy that has the Incremental Storage Policy option enabled.

Procedure

1. Disable the Incremental Storage Policy option.

   When an incremental storage policy is de-associated from a storage policy, the most recent incremental backup might be pruned before the next full backup occurs.

2. Re-associate all subclients of the storage policy to another storage policy.

3. Delete the storage policy.
