Disabling the Incremental Storage Policy Option for a Storage Policy

To delete a storage policy that has the Incremental Storage Policy option enabled, you must first disable the option.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Browser, expand Policies | Storage Policies.

2. Right-click the <*Storage Policy*> and select Properties.

3. Clear the Incremental Storage Policy check box.

4. Click OK.

5. Click OK on the Force Full Backup - Confirmation dialog box.

The next backup for all the subclients associated with the storage policy will be a full backup.

You must re-associate all subclients of the storage policy to another storage policy.
