To refresh the Who Is Active (WIA) tracer job, use the Diagnostic WIA Tracer / TroubleShooting Database Refresh workflow. This workflow refreshes the Who is Active (WIA) Tracer jobs or troubleshooting database with the latest fixes and the new features available in the current Commvault software released.
