Install the Laptop Plus package on your computer to enable System State backup and the 1-Touch recovery solution, which ensures comprehensive system protection and efficient bare metal recovery.
Procedure

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.

Click the Laptops tab.

On the top-right of the page, click Add laptop.

Under Download packages, next to the laptop plus package, click Download.
After the download is complete, install the package on your client computer.

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Manage > Infrastructure > Servers.

Beside a laptop server, click action button
, and then click Maintenance > Add software. -
Under Select packages, select File System.

Click OK.

Click Install.

Create a new V1 Laptop plan with the system state toggle enabled.
If you want to use the existing V2 Laptop plan, then disable the Laptop V2 from the laptop plan page. For more information, see Enabling System State Backup for Laptops.
