Installing Updates on Commvault Flex Open

Operating system and Commvault platform release can be installed on the Commvault Flex Open node.

• To install the latest Commvault platform release packages on the Commvault Flex Open node, see Updating the Commvault Software on a Server.

• To install operating system updates on the node, see the following:

  • To install on the nodes with internet access, complete the following steps:

    1. Configure the HyperScaleSingleNodeOSUpdateServerUpgradeOption additional setting and set the value to True.

    2. Follow the instructions in Installing Operating System Updates on Commvault Flex Open Nodes Using Command Center.
