To use Data Cube, complete the following steps.
Step 1: Open Data Cube in the Web Console
To open Data Cube, log on to the Web Console.

Step 2: Add a Data Source
Use the data connectors in Data Cube to add a data source to collect data from.
See Adding a Data Source to Data Cube.
Step 3: Crawl the Data Sources
To collect data, you must crawl the data sources. Crawling indexes the data from the source so that you can perform structured searches and data mining.

Step 4: Put Your Data to Use
After crawling the data sources, you can repurpose the information in your data sources for a variety of uses:

Analyze and Restructure Your Data
Use the search interface that is provided with Data Cube to gain valuable insights about your data. You can use features such as data blending and federated search to restructure your data.

Create Your Own Applications
Use the REST APIs for your data sources to supply the business intelligence that exists in your information to your applications.

Integrate Data Connections with External Services
Connect your data sources to external software to integrate your data with your existing corporate platforms and services.
