Prerequisites for the Exchange Mailbox Agent Journal Mailbox

Before you install the Exchange package, make sure that your environment meets the prerequisites.

• Microsoft Outlook requirements

• Assign full access to service accounts

  The service account must have full access rights to all mailboxes on the server.

• Access nodes should be a part of the same domain as where the agent is located.

• Set the throttling policy on the Exchange server.

• Disable MAPI Over HTTP
