The Reader Streams and Writer Streams tabs in the Process Manager display data transfer information for backup and Auxiliary Copy jobs.
The number of active Reader's Stream is populated on the Client computer and the number of active Writer's Stream is populated on the computer where the MediaAgent is installed.
Procedure
The Reader Streams and Writer Streams tabs are not visible by default in the Process Manager. However, you can follow the steps to view these menu items:

Click Start and point to All Programs.

Click Commvault > Process Manager.

Right-click the tab header and select the Reader Streams or the Writer Streams to enable these menu items.
You would be able to view the number of active Reader's Stream on the Client computer and the number of active Writer's Stream on the computer where the MediaAgent is installed.
