Viewing the Backup Health Report

You can view the Laptop Backup Health report on the Command Center under Protect > Laptops. By default, the report shows data for:

• The last 30 days.

• All companies in the CommCell environment.

Before You Begin

Download the Laptop Backup Health report from the Commvault store.

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.

   The Overview tab of the Laptops page appears.

2. In the Backup health tile, click More.

   The Laptop Backup Health report appears.

3. In the Company list, select the company name you want to view in the report, and in the Select SLA Days list, select the number of days you want to view in the report.

4. Click Apply.

Results

• If you selected a company, then only status tiles (and no Summary table) appear with information about laptops in the company, such as Not Backed Up, Backed Up, and Excluded. Click the number in each tile to view more details.

• If you did not select a company, the status tiles appear with information about all laptops across all companies, such as Not Backed Up, Backed Up, and Excluded.
  In addition, the Summary table displays information about the backup status of all the laptops in each company, in the CommCell environment.
