You can migrate the existing data to a new storage class using the Cloud Test Tool from the command line. Follow the steps described in Permanently Moving Data From One Cloud Storage Tier To Another.

Move data to a new cloud storage vendor
Follow the steps described in Moving an Existing Mount Path to a New Cloud Storage Vendor.

Convert a disk library to a cloud storage library
Follow the steps described in one of the following pages:

Migrate data between different regions
To migrate existing data to a new region, contact the storage vendor and follow the steps recommended by the specific storage vendor.
Once the data is migrated, modify the service host in the mount path properties. Follow the steps described in Modifying the Access Information.
