Getting Started with the Dell EMC VNX / Celerra Storage Array

To set up the Dell EMC VNX / Celerra storage array, review system requirements and supported agents, and then add the array in the Commvault software. Then you can modify the snapshot properties.

Procedure

1. Verify that your environment meets the Systems Requirements.

2. Add the Dell EMC VNX / Celerra storage array in Arrays page in the CommCell Console. For more information, see Setting Up the Dell EMC VNX / Celerra Array.

3. To customize the array to your environment, you can Modify the Properties of the Dell EMC VNX / Celerra Storage Array.

4. Choose a Supported Agent to work in conjunction with the Dell EMC VNX / Celerra storage array.
