You can recover the recovery group itself or only a specific entity (for example, a VM) into a cleanroom site using backups with Air Gap Protect.
Recovered VMs will be automatically cleaned up four days after the Control Plane Recovery. Contact support if you would like to request the recovered VMs be kept for a longer period.
If you want to transition the recovered VMs into production, please work with Commvault professional services and your local service providers.
Procedure

From the navigation pane, go to Cleanroom > Recovery groups.
The Recovery groups page appears.

Click the recovery group.
The recovery group details page appears.

In the upper-right area of the page, click Recover all.
The Recover entities dialog box appears.

To skip recovering entities that have been already recovered, move the Recover entities that are already recovered toggle key to the left.

Select the entities that you want to recover.

Click Submit.
