Associating Mailboxes with the Exchange Mailbox Agent Journal Mailbox Subclient

After you create the Exchange Mailbox client, you must associate mailboxes with the Journal Mailbox subclient.

Before You Begin

Create the Exchange policies.

Procedure

1. From the CommCell Console, expand Client Computers > client > agent > Journal Mailbox.

2. At the bottom of the right pane, click the Mailboxes tab.

3. From the CommCell Console, right-click within the right pane, and then click New Association > Journal Mailbox.

   The Create New Association dialog box appears.

4. Click Configure.

   The Configure Mailboxes dialog box appears.

5. Click Discover.

   A message appears that asks you if you want to continue.

6. Click Yes.

   A list of available journal mailboxes appears. If a mailbox is already associated with the subclient, it appears in a gray, italic font.

7. Select all the required mailboxes, and then click OK.

   The selected mailboxes appear in the list on the Content tab.
