After providing the service accounts access to mailboxes, you must verify the permissions by using Application Check Readiness.

This is applicable only for Exchange Online service accounts.

Exchange Online service account must have Exchange administrator permissions.
It validates the following information:

Service account email address and password
-
Azure application permissions
-
PowerShell connectivity

Service account impersonation permissions
Procedure

From the CommCell Browser, go to Client Computers > right-click Exchange Client > All Tasks > Check Readiness.
The Client Connectivity dialog box appears.

Select the Application Check check box, click the Check Readiness option and then click Show Details.
