Go to Administration > Clumio account to modify your company name and copy your company ID.

My profile

You can view and modify account settings such as your display name, your password, the display theme (for example, light mode, or dark mode), your display language, and your date format, and then log out of Clumio from the My Profile icon located on the top right of your Clumio UI. You can also navigate to the API tokens page to manage your tokens.

Change your display name

1. Go to My Profile > Profile Settings.

2. Click Edit next to the Name field.

3. Type your new name and then click Save.

Change your password

Change your password before it expires. Clumio sends you a warning starting ten (10) days before your password expires. You can also change your password at any time.

1. Go to My Profile > Profile Settings.

2. Click Edit next to the Password field.

3. Type your current password.

4. Type your new password and retype to confirm.

   Your password must be between 14 and 64 characters and must include all of the following:

   • One uppercase character

   • One lowercase character

   • One number

   • One special character

   Note

   • Spaces are not allowed.

   • You can't reuse the last 5 passwords.

5. Click Save.

Change your display theme

Select your preferred theme from the available options:

• Default (light): The default theme.

• Dark

• System: Shows the light or dark theme based on your system settings.

Change your display language

Choose the language used throughout the Clumio portal. Your preference is saved to your Clumio profile and applies whenever you sign in, on any browser or device.

1. Go to My Profile > Profile Settings.

2. Under Language, click your preferred language:

   • English

   • Japanese

3. Click Save. Clumio saves your preference and reloads the portal in the selected language.

Change your date format

Choose how dates are displayed throughout the Clumio portal, independently of your display language. Your preference is saved to your Clumio profile and applies whenever you sign in, on any browser or device.

1. Go to My Profile > Profile Settings.

2. Under Date format, select your preferred format. For example, March 25, 2026 appears as follows:

   • MM/DD/YYYY — 03/25/2026

   • DD/MM/YYYY — 25/03/2026

   • YYYY/MM/DD — 2026/03/25

3. Click Save. Clumio saves your preference and reloads the portal.

Your selected date format applies to numeric dates throughout the Clumio portal.
