Clumio supports many AWS regions in the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, and Japan.
Consider the following:

The AWS region that your Clumio account is registered in is your Clumio control plane region. Choose this region when logging into Clumio.

If you don't see the source regions that you expect for your control plane in Clumio, contact support@clumio.com.
