Downloading the Installation Package for Tenant Computers

You can download the installation package from the Command Center. The installation package includes the software that you need to protect your computers.

Before You Begin

To access the Command Center, you must have a tenant account.


  1. Log on to the Command Center using your tenant account.

  2. From the navigation pane, go to Protect > Laptops.

    The Laptops page appears.

  3. Click Add laptop.

  4. On the Add laptop page:

    1. Select the operating system of the desktop or laptop computer.

    2. Enter one or more computer host names.

    3. Enter the credentials of an account that has access to the computers.

  5. Click INSTALL.

  6. Download and save the installation package on a location that is accessible by the computers that you want to protect.
