If you have an existing Commvault environment, you can connect to the existing CommServe server and also setup a standby CommServe server for the existing CommServe server for high availability. The standby CommServe server will be setup as a VM on one of the nodes.
Requirements
You will require the following information to setup a standby CommServe server:

A fully qualified hostname (FQDN) for the standby CommServe server. |

IP Address |
IP address associated with the FQDN. |

Windows product key |
Windows product key for setting up the standby CommServe server. The product key can be found on the top, front left side of each node. You can use the product key associated with any one of the nodes. See What's in the Box for more information. |

CommServe hostname (FQDN) |
Fully qualified hostname (FQDN) associated with the existing primary CommServe server. Note TCP Ports 8400 & 443 must be open from the nodes to the CommServe server. |

Password |
Password associated with the admin user in the primary CommServe server. |
