The Workload Summary view of the License Server Usage Summary report displays usage for all CommServe computers that report to the License Server. Information includes usage for each workload configured in the CommCell environment, regardless of the licenses applied on the CommServe computer.
Workload usage information appears in this report only for CommServe computers installed with Commvault version 11.32 (Platform Release 2023E) and later versions.
Viewing the Workload Summary
You can view the Workload Summary in the License Server Usage Summary Report on the Command Center. License usage is calculated for this report once per day at 12:00 a.m.

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > License.
The License page appears.

In the Usage section, click License server usage summary report.
The License Server Usage Summary Report appears.

At the top-right of the page, click Workload Summary.
CommCells Table
The CommCells table displays each CommServe computer in the environment and indicates whether the CommServe computer is the license server or a child of the license server.

Time Zone |
The time zone configured on the CommServe computer. |
License Expiration |
The date when the license expires. |
Last Usage Calculation |
The time when license usage was last calculated. |
To view the License Server Usage Summary for a Single CommServe Computer, under CommCell Name, click a CommServe computer.
Workload Usage by Capacity Table
The Workload Usage by Capacity table displays each workload that consumes capacity, the number of client computers that consume capacity for that workload, and the amount of data used.

The Workload Usage by Users table displays each workload that consumes a per-user license and the number of users that are currently used.
