The Application Users view of the License Summary Report displays details about Application User licenses, such as the email addresses and applications associated with users, as well as usage that is excluded from the capacity license.
Usage Calculation
In environments that include Exchange mailboxes but do not have a Mailbox Archive Solution license, Exchange mailbox backups count toward capacity-type license usage.

Where to Access the Report
To view this report, in the License Summary Report, in the User Licenses table, click Application Users.
Current Workload Summary Table
The Current Workload Summary table displays each type of application (workload) and the number of users who are using the application.
