To verify that archiving is set up correctly, perform a test archive and restore.
Archive the Content Group

From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving. The Archive file servers page appears.

On the Content groups tab, in the row for the content group, click the action button  , and then click Archive. , and then click Archive.A confirmation message appears.

Click Yes. 
Restore Archived Data from the Content Group
- 
From the Command Center navigation pane, go to Protect > Archiving. The Archive file servers page appears. 
- 
On the Content groups tab, in the row for the content group, click the action button  , and then click Restore. , and then click Restore.The Archive content page appears. 
- 
Select the content, and then click Restore. The Restore options dialog box appears. 
- 
From the Destination list, select the proxy client for the destination server, for the restore. 
- 
Click Submit.
