Testing Connectivity to Air Gap Protect Using the Cloud Test Tool

You can test the connection to a Air Gap Protect library using the Cloud Test Tool.

Procedure

1. Start the Cloud Test Tool.

2. Press Enter.

   A list of cloud storage devices (vendor types) appears.

3. Type 2 for Air Gap Protect, and then press Enter.

   A prompt to enter the CommServe username appears.

4. Type the CommServe username.

   A prompt to enter the CommServe user password appears.

5. Type the CommServe password.

   A list of devices that are configured in Air Gap Protect appears.

6. Type the number of the device that you want to test, and then press Enter.

   A menu of options appears.

7. Type 1 to test connectivity, and then enter the information in the prompts that appear.
