You can add all SharePoint Online sites in the tenant, all SharePoint sites that are associated with Microsoft Teams, or all project web app sites to a SharePoint Online app.
To add Project Online sites to the SharePoint Online app, ensure that you have a project license-enabled service account added to the app. You can add the service account from the app page, on the Configuration tab, in the SharePoint connection settings tile.
Note
If your Microsoft 365 client uses the Multi-Geo feature and each region has a different tenant admin URL for SharePoint Online sites, you must configure a separate Microsoft 365 client for each region. Site discovery is specific to each tenant, so using separate clients ensures that SharePoint Online sites in all geo-locations are discovered.
