Association of a Server Plan to a Subclient

To back up a subclient with IntelliSnap, you must associate a server plan to it.

Depending on the content that you are protecting, associate the server plan to the subclient with one of the following methods:

• Virtualization: See Adding a VM Group.

• File servers: See Managing File System Subclients.

• Databases:

  • For Microsoft SQL Server, see Associating a Plan with a SQL Database.

  • For Oracle databases, see Managing Oracle Subclients.

  • For Oracle RAC databases, see Managing Oracle RAC Subclients.
