Editing a Replication Group

After creating a replication group, you can modify the contents of the group.

For some options, you can make changes only when you are creating a new group or adding new VMs or instances.

Before You Begin

• Review the options for the destination hypervisor:

  • Amazon

  • Azure

  • Azure Stack Hub

  • Hyper-V

  • VMware

Procedure

1. From the navigation pane, go to Configuration > Replication.

   The Replication page appears with the Groups tab selected.

2. Under Group name, click a group.

   The replication group page appears.

3. At the upper-right of the page, click Manage content.

   The Edit replication group wizard displays the Content page.

4. Provide the required information for the destination hypervisor.

5. Click Next.

   The wizard displays the Target page.

6. Provide the required information for the destination hypervisor.

   Click Advanced options to configure additional parameters.

7. Click Next.

   The wizard displays the Override options page.

8. Click Yes to override settings for specific VMs.

9. To change the destination settings for specific VMs, select the VMs from the Virtual machine list, and then make the required changes.

10. Click Next.

    The wizard displays the Summary page showing the settings for the group definition.

11. Click Finish to create the replication group.
