Install the service pack or the hot fix pack on the SQL clients in both the production and standby CommServe hosts. In the standby CommServe host, the installation automatically installs the service pack on the CommServe client.
Before You Begin
- Install the service pack on the Production CommServe host. For more information on installing service packs on the production CommServe hots, see Installing a Service Pack on the Production CommServe During a Maintenance Failover.
Procedure
Install the service Pack or the hot fix pack in the SQL clients in both the production and standby CommServe hosts. For more information on installing Service Packs, see Updating the Commvault Software on a Server.
