Apps

The apps page displays your Salesforce apps.

You can perform the following operations on the apps page:

App Details

The app details page displays all of the configured instances.

You can perform the following operations on the app details page:

  • Add a Salesforce instance.

  • View the backup history for the instance. In the Actions column for the instance, click the action button action_button, and then click Backup history.

  • View the restore history for the instance. In the Actions column for the instance, click the action button action_button, and then click Restore history.

  • Delete an instance. In the Actions column for the instance, click the action button action_button, and then click Delete.

  • Modify the security settings.

Instance Details

The instance details page displays information about the instance, including the configured backup sets.

The following operations are available on the instance details page:

  • Add a backup set.

  • Change the Salesforce connection details.

  • View the backup history for the backup set. In the Actions column for the backup set, click the action button action_button, and then click Backup history.

  • View the restore history for the backup set. In the Actions column for the backup set, click the action button action_button, and then click Restore history.

  • Delete a backup set. In the Actions column for the backup set, click the action button action_button, and then click Delete.

  • View the instance job history. For information on the job history, see Jobs.

    • To view the backup history, in the upper right of the page, click Backup History.

    • To view the restore history, in the upper right of the page, click Restore History.

  • Modify the security settings.

Backup Set Details

The backup set details page displays information about the backup set, including the configured subclients.

The following operations are available on the backup set details page:

  • Restore the Salesforce data.

  • Change the Salesforce connection details.

  • Back up the Salesforce data.

  • Create a subclient for a specific Salesforce objects.

    Note: When you create this type of subclient, the software does not add the data to the local database when you perform a backup.

  • Modify the security settings.

  • View the backup history for the subclient. In the Actions column for the subclient, click the action button action_button, and then click Backup history.

  • View the backup set job history. For information on the job history, see Jobs.

    • To view the backup history, in the upper right of the page, click Backup History.

    • To view the restore history, in the upper right of the page, click Restore History.

Subclient Details

The subclient details page displays information about the subclient.
