You can view your quota and quota and the amount of space that your backed up messages have consumed using the Web Console. In addition, you can delete backed up messages from the Web Console.
Procedure

Click My Data.

Click the Mail tab.
The amount of backup storage you have used and the quota set for your mailboxes are displayed.

Optional: To ensure that your mailbox continues to be backed up, delete some of your backed up messages.
