Starting in Innovation Release 11.38, the Audit tab on the server details page is renamed as Notes.

11.38

Storage Policies in Command Center

When upgrading to Innovation Release 11.38, a backup plan will be created in the Command Center for the existing data protection storage policies. The associated workloads of these storage policies will also be linked to the new backup plan. This setup allows users to manage storage policies and their associated workloads directly from the Command Center. The backup plan itself will not include any data backup scheduling policies. After the conversion, the existing associations between workloads and their scheduling policies will remain unchanged, ensuring backups continue to run according to their established schedules.

11.38.35

Workflows

Starting in Innovation Update Release 11.38.35, all database queries in workflows containing XPath variables will be blocked from execution to prevent SQL injection attacks in the Commvault Software. To disable this protection, use the BlockDatabaseXpath additional setting.

Starting in Innovation Release 11.38, for transaction log backups that are converted to full backups, instead of continuing the transaction log backups for databases that have been converted from a transaction log backup to a full backup, a new differential backup job is started and proceeds with the backup. The full backup which was required for databases that were marked for conversion from a transaction log backup to a full backup are performed as part of the new differential backup job.
