Commvault Grid platform versions that are older than the most recent 3 versions are not supported and are updated on a "best effort" basis. Commvault recommends regularly updating your Commvault Grid servers to one of the most recent 3 platform versions to ensure support. In certain scenarios, to install critical updates, Commvault might require you to update to the most recent platform version.
