Cloud Command

The Cloud Command displays the consolidated view of data protection, infrastructure and health status, and security controls of the Commvault environment. The score helps you to identify and view the details of the statuses. You can view the overview and the detailed version of the reports in the Cloud Command.

The following tables includes the description of all the tiles and its detailed version available on the Cloud Command.

Cloud Command Tiles- Overview

The following table contains the description of each tile that displays different scores of the overall Commvault environment.

Tile	Description
Data Protection Score	Displays the overall percentage score of protected data that ensures the completion of primary backup within the configured time and identifies whether the secondary copy has been completed or fallen behind.
Platform Score	Displays the overall percentage score of infrastructure and system health. The score is calculated based on the factors like deduplication, index health, license status, software version and so on.
Security Posture Score	Displays the percentage score of additional security control applied, and enables security controls for authentication and authorization after you view your security posture.

Cloud Command Tiles- Detailed View

You can click the tiles on the Cloud Command to view the scores of individual CommCell environment. You can click the parameter score from the detailed view to access the individual reports for the CommCell environment.

Data Protection Score

The detailed view of this tile displays the scores and trend of the backup health and secondary copies of the CommCell environment.

Parameters	Description
Environments	The name of the CommCell environment.
Trend	The trend of the data protection score for the past 1 week.
Backup Health	The SLA score is based on the all client computers that met or missed the service level agreement (SLA) that is configured for the CommCell environment, and the success of primary backups within an expected period of time. For information about the detailed report, see SLA report and Failed Backup Jobs report.
Secondary Copies	The score is based on the status of auxiliary copy jobs, and if they have completed or fallen behind. For more information about the detailed report, see Fallen Behind Secondary Copies report.

Platform Score

The detailed view of this tile displays the scores and trend of the system and storage health of the CommCell environment.

Parameters	Description
Environments	The name of the CommCell environment.
Trend	The trend of the platform score for the past 1 week.
System	The overall performance of the CommCell environment based on the deduplication, indexing and licensing status. Deduplication Scale & Performance: The score is based on the average query and insertion time of database deduplication. For information about the detailed report, see DDB Performance and Status report. Deduplication Storage Status: The score based on status of the amount of disk space for each deduplication database. For more information about the detailed report see DDB Disk Space Utilization report. Deduplication Backups: The score is based on status of the deduplication database that are protected by subclient backup jobs. For more information about the detailed report, see DDB Partitions Protected via Subclient report. Index Storage Status: The score is based on the status of the index caches in the CommCell environment. For more information about the detailed report, see Index Cache Location report. Index - State: The score is based on the statuses of the indexes in the CommCell environment. For more information about the detailed report, see Index State report. Software and Licensing: The score is based on the license usage, software version, and DR backup setting details. Storage Health	The score is based on the growth trends and status of disk, cloud, and tape libraries. For more information about the detailed reports, see Disk Library Growth, Tape Library Growth, and Cloud Library Growth reports.

Security Posture Score

The detailed view of this tile displays the trend and security IQ score of the CommCell environment.

Security IQ

The score is based on the security parameter configuration for the Commvault environment. For more information about the detailed report, see Security Posture Score report.

Note: The Action column will not be visible on the Security Posture Score report when it is accessed through the Cloud Command.
