The License Summary Report displays the licenses that were purchased for and used by an organization.
Workload Summary
To view license usage for each workload, at the top of the page, click Workload summary.
Capacity Licenses
The Capacity License table displays the amount of capacity that the company purchased and used.

The ID associated with the license. |

License |
The type of license. The licenses that appear in this table depend on the licenses purchased, such as Commvault Backup and Recovery. To view capacity type details, click any of the license types. |

Available Total (TB) |
The total amount of capacity purchased. After the evaluation licenses expire, the Available Total includes only the total of Permanent Purchased. |
|
Permanent Purchased (TB) |
The amount of capacity purchased with permanent licenses. |
|
Evaluation Purchased (TB) |
The amount of capacity granted with evaluation licenses. If you have any evaluation licenses, the expiration date for the license also appears. |

Used (TB) |
The amount of capacity was used. |
|
Summary |
The percentage of total capacity that was used. |

Commvault Complete OI Licenses
The Commvault Complete OI Licenses table displays the amount of operating instances (OI) and virtual operating instances (VOI) that the company purchased and used.
