Demoting a Cloud CommCell Role Manager to a User on the Cloud Services Portal

A Cloud CommCell role manager can demote another Cloud CommCell role manager to a user on the Cloud Services Portal.

Procedure

1. Log on to the Cloud Services Portal, and then click CommCell Dashboard.

   The Dashboard page appears.

2. From the navigation pane, click CommCells.

3. Click the CommCell environment for which you want to view users.

   The CommCell Dashboard appears.

4. At the top of the page, click the Menu button, and then click View Users.

   The Users dialog box appears.

5. In the row for the user, in the Role Manager column, clear the check box.

   A message appears in the lower-right corner that says the role manager is now a user.

6. Click Close.
