Clumio provides Early Access for air-gapped backups of your Amazon DocumentDB and Amazon Neptune data using a single policy. To get started protecting your DocumentDB and Neptune resources, contact Clumio Support (support@clumio.com).

Clumio offers the following DocumentDB and Neptune backup tiers to store your DocumentDB and Neptune backups:

The Available Resources window (AWS > Inventory > RDS, Neptune, DocumentDB) lists all of the RDS, DocumentDB and Neptune resources deployed in your AWS account.
The Available Resources table displays the following information:

Database Name: The name of a DocumentDB or Neptune cluster.

Deployment: The database deployment type (in this case, Multi-AZ cluster).

Account: The account that the database belongs to.

Region: The AWS account region that the account is located in.
-
Engine: The DocumentDB or Neptune database engine type. Supported engines include docdb and neptune.

Tags: The AWS tag key and value assigned to the resource (note that there may be multiple tags). Tags are set through the AWS Management Console.

Policy: The Clumio policy that is currently protecting the resources. If the database is protected by a policy, you can modify the policy by clicking the modify icon. You can also add a policy to protect the database from this column.

Backup status: The backup status of your DocumentDB or Neptune assets for all of your connected accounts over a period of time. The default period is the past 7 days. The backup performance status of your DocumentDB or Neptune assets can be any one of the following:

No backup: No backup tasks within the selected period of time.

Success: All backup tasks within the selected period of time have succeeded.

Partial success: The latest backup task within the selected time period has succeeded. However, there are failed backup tasks in that same period.

Failure: The latest backup task within the selected period of time has failed. There may be successful backups in that same period, however the status is based on the latest backup.

Last Backup: The details about the last successful backup, as follows:

# of hours/days: The period of time since the last successful backup occurred. If the asset was recently assigned to a new policy and is waiting for seeding, the # of hours/days represents the last successful backup performed under the old policy.

Dash symbol (-): There are no backups for this asset because a successful backup was never performed.

Click a database to view its backup details, including protection history, alert details, and recovery options.
