Restore options
Choose a restore method based on what you need to restore:

Guest files: Restore individual files or folders from a protected virtual machine.

Full virtual machine: Restore a complete Incus virtual machine.

Restore destinations
For a full virtual machine restore, choose where to restore the virtual machine:

In place: Restore the virtual machine to its original location.

Out of place: Restore the virtual machine to another supported location.
