Service CommCell Environments

A multi-CommCell environment consists of multiple instances of CommServe installations, also called as service CommCell environments.

Depending on the use case, the components of a multi-CommCell environment can be classified as the following:

• Identity Provider CommCell environment and service CommCell environments

• Primary CommCell environment and service CommCell environments

• CommCell router and service CommCell environments
