CommCells
The CommCells table displays each CommServe computer in the environment.
| Column | Description |

| CommCell ID | The ID for the CommServe computer. |
| CommCell | The CommServe computer. |
| Registration code | The unique code assigned to the CommServe computer when the software was registered with Commvault. |
| Version | The Commvault software version installed on the CommServe computer. |
| Time zone | The time zone configured on the CommServe computer. |
| Last upload time | The date and time when data was last uploaded to the licensing server. |
| Usage collection time | The time when license usage was last calculated. |
| License expiration | The date when the license expires. |
| License generation time | The date and time when the license was initially created. |
| License application time | The date and time when that license was applied to the CommCell environment. |
Capacity Licenses
The Capacity License table displays the amount of capacity purchased and used at the CommCell level.

| License ID | The ID associated with the license. |
| License | The type of license. The licenses that appear in this table depend on the licenses purchased, such as Commvault Backup and Recovery. To view capacity type details, click any of the license types. |
| Available Total (TB) | The total amount of capacity purchased. After the term licenses expire, the Available Total includes only the total of Permanent Purchased. |
| Permanent Purchased (TB) | The amount of capacity purchased with permanent licenses. |
| Term Purchased (TB) | The amount of capacity granted with term licenses. If you have any term licenses, the expiration date for the license also appears. |
| Used (TB) | The amount of capacity was used. |
| Summary | The percentage of total capacity that was used. |

Commvault Complete OI Licenses
The Commvault Complete OI Licenses table displays the amount of operating instances (OI) and virtual operating instances (VOI) purchased and used at the CommCell level.

| License ID | The ID associated with the license. |
| License | The type of operating instance license, such as Operating Instances or Virtual Operating Instances. |
| Available Total (Instances) | The total number of instances available to the company. After the term licenses expire, the Available Total includes only the total of Permanent Purchased. |
| Permanent Purchased (Instances) | The number of instances purchased with permanent licenses. |
| Term Purchased (Instances) | The number of instances granted with term licenses. If you have any term licenses, the expiration date for the license also appears. |
| Used (Instances) | The number of instances that the company used. |
| Summary | The percentage of OI/VOI licenses that the company used. |

Virtualization Licenses
The Virtualization Licenses table displays the number of virtualization licenses purchased and used at the CommCell level.

| Permanent Purchased | The number of sockets or VMs purchased with permanent licenses. |
| Term Purchased | The number of sockets or VMs granted with term licenses. If you have any term licenses, the expiration date for the license also appears. |
| Used | The number of sockets or VMs that the company used. |
| Summary | The percentage of sockets or VMS that the company used. |

User Licenses
The User Licenses table displays the number of user licenses purchased and used at the CommCell level.
