Signing up directly with Clumio creates a free trial account. The trial runs for a set period and includes an allowance of free credits.
Direct sign-up does not create a paid subscription. To become a paying customer, either subscribe through AWS Marketplace or contact Clumio sales.
Create your account
The Region you select determines which Clumio control plane hosts your account. It cannot be changed afterward, so decide before you create the account. Each control plane protects a specific set of AWS and GCP regions, so pick the one that covers the regions your resources are in — see Supported regions.

Go to portal.clumio.com/register.

Select your Region.

Enter your Name, Company, and Work email address.

Enter and confirm a New password.

Select the checkbox to agree to Clumio's Main Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Click Create account.
You can then log in to the Clumio portal.
Convert to a paid subscription
A trial started this way cannot be converted from inside the portal alone. Choose one of:

Subscribe through AWS Marketplace — your Clumio subscription is then billed through your AWS account.

Contact Clumio sales — for a subscription invoiced directly.
GCP Marketplace is not yet available as a purchase route.
